1.  Terms of Use of Our Site

1.1 We will permit you to access, use and interact with Our Site subject to these Conditions.

3.1 Any materials posted or transmitted by you on or through Our Site’s feedback form or bulletin boards must not:

We reserve the right to edit, refuse to post or remove any such material from the bulletin boards in our absolute discretion. Failure by us to remove particular material shall not constitute an endorsement or acceptance of it by us.

We may from time to time provide links from OurSite to third party Websites.  We will not be liable in any way whatsoever and we make no representations, warranties, recommendations or endorsements in connection with the availability of any such Website or any content, advertising, products or services on or available from such Websites.

9.  General

9.1 We reserve the right in our sole discretion to deny Users access to Our Site or any part of Our Site without notice and to decline to provide access to any User that is in breach of these Conditions.
9.2 If any court holds any provision of these Conditions to be void or unenforceable, it shall be deleted and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9.3 These Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
