Q: My goods are faulty - what should I do?
If a fault is discovered on an item please inform us immediately so that the necessary action can be taken. You can contact our customer support by e-mail, or by telephone on: 0845 602 6360. If an item is missing or you need to replace a small number of items it will be quicker to call the customer services number on the instruction sheet (if available).


Q: I have received a different item to that which I ordered - what do I do next?
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will arrange for collection of the wrongly delivered item and dispatch of the correct item at no cost to you. Just contact us.


Q: I have decided that I no longer want the item that I have ordered - how do I go about returning the item?
We understand that people sometimes change their minds and we will refund you if your item(s) are returned to us within 30 days of receipt of order and in their original, un-opened packaging.
